Cathy is an international dressage rider at both Young Rider and Senior level. She has competed at all levels including Grand Prix. Cathy is the northern para representative for British Dressage and a member of the Pony Club dressage committee. Cathy has trained all levels from Pony Club to advanced dressage and enjoys teaching all levels of riders and horses to help them to achieve their goals and ambitions. Cathy is trained by Stephen Clarke and he holds private clinics at the yard each month. Cathy is a registered instructor through the BHS. Back to instructors' page Back to training events page
Mark Jackson
Mark used to train the horses and riders for the Household Cavalry regiment for their ceremonial duties in London, Currently he is the trainer to the Northumbria Police Mounted Section and is a national assessor for Police Mounted Sections. He is also a Director of the Bowey private finance initiative. His wife Sharon runs a busy livery yard and he helps her with this. They have two beautiful and lively daughters. Mark particularly enjoys eventing and breaking and training young horses. Mark is a lively and inspirational instructor who really gets the best out of horse and rider. John Hill
John has worked in professional racing and show jumping. He has evented at the highest level including competing at Burghley on two occasions. He has a successful dressage career, having competed at the National Championships in 2007.
